An excellent way to round off a good meal whether it has been Scottish or not.

Ingreds
3 desertspoons Drambuie liqueur/good whisky.
1 level desertspoon light brown sugar.
Fresh strong coffee.
Double cream.
.............
Method
Heat a stemed wine glass with hot water and dry quickly .Add Drambuie/whisky and stir in sugar .Pour in coffee ,leaving an inch below the rim.Keep stirring until sugar has dissolved and pour in the cream over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on the surface to about 1/2 an inch

its a very tasty strong liqueur attributed to Prinche Charles Edward Stuart who tried to win back the Jacobite throne for The Stuart clan..he was a hard man Charlie, and liked his dram, as we call a drink of whisky if you can't get Drambuie good quality whisky will do..

Now, that I've got to try. I love to experiment with different styles of coffee. Oh, and thanks, it's nice to get a bit of culture and history with my recepies.
